Sixth Form Dress Code
At HABS we are respectful of people’s beliefs and identities regarding dress code. Therefore, unless stated, this policy is non-gender specific. Our dress code reflects the expectations matched by professional bodies with the highest standards of dress. Our sixth form uniform policy can be downloaded from here.
Dress code:
Compulsory

HABS Sixth Form Lanyard (worn around the neck at all times)

Blazer or Cardigan
-
Shirt or Blouse (high neckline)

Tie (where gender appropriate)

Tailored trousers
-
Tailored/Business skirt (must be below the knee or with tights if above the knee)

Business dress (no lycra or stretchy material)

Polishable shoes

*Abayas (dark colours and not over embellished)

*Jilbab and a hijab (Should not be over embellished)
Optional

Jumper (turtleneck or V-line, worn with shirt)

Business Coat (blazer style or dark colour)
For sporting sessions or events

Students must wear appropriate sports/activewear (no hoodies) and trainers (no crocs or similar rubber shoes)

*Kinetic Football students can wear Kinetic kits for fixtures.
