The Sound and the Fury
The stage adaptation of the William Faulkener novel was devised and performed by students from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama at the University of London. It was performed at the Pleasance Theatre which is well known for providing a platform for up and coming talent and has launched the careers of some of the most renowned theatre practitioners and has staged some of the most memorable productions.
Drama Teacher Miss Bowen said, "The trip was part of our continued commitment to offer our students the opportunity to sample a broad and diverse range of cultural experiences. The show was fantastic and we all throuoghly enjoyed the adaptation of this classic novel".
