Y8 Routes into Languages

Year 8 students were visited by Routes into Languages who aim to boost language take up at GCSE, A-level and university. In the session, they were introduced to Portuguese culture and the different countries where the language is spoken. They also got the opportunity to practice some Portuguese phrases and loved the game Slap The Board. Year 8 students were very engaged and thoroughly enjoyed learning a new language at school.
