Professional Development - How We Approach Staff Training
Staff training and continuing professional development (CPD) are central to our academy's vision of developing aspirational young people who thrive in a changing world.
Every Tuesday after school we dedicate time to CPD for staff, either with all staff working together or within their own departments. The aim is bring the collective expertise of our profession to the fingertips of our teachers.
Working together, we can help our students develop academically, personally and professionally. Here are some pictures from recent staff CPD sessions.
