Students Visit 'New Scientist Live' Exhibition
Year 10 and Year 12 students recently visited the ExCel centre to attend the New Scientist Live Exhibition.
Harris Academy Battersea was granted 30 tickets to one of the largest science exhibitions in the world and lucky students were chosen to go for showing great resilience in science lessons.
The exhibition featured numerous talks, over 150 exhibits and was visited by over 40,000 people! Students answered questions such as, “What does the moon smell like?” and “How much energy is in a chocolate bar?” They also left with a bucketload of freebies which they were thrilled about!
