Sports Credit Rewards Trip to O2 Tennis Finals

O2To celebrate students' participation in sports clubs during the first half term at Harris Battersea, the PE department took the students with the most sports credits to the ATP Tennis Finals at the O2 arena.

It was excellent day out and the students saw some first class tennis. The highlight was the awesome performance of the world number eight Marco Berrettini winning his singles match in straight sets against the world number five Dominic Thiem.

It was fantastic to hear the students cheering and getting involved in the day. Year 8 student, Chelsea, said: "I’ve never even seen tennis on tele, this is amazing!".
