Logging On To Microsoft Teams for Years 7-9

We are relaunching the use of Microsoft Teams with years 7-9. However, to improve IT security we now require students to use Multi Factor Authentication when accessing Teams.

As well as the Teams app, students or their parents will have to download ‘Microsoft Authenticator’ to their phone so that a text message code can be sent to this phone to verify the log in.

Microsoft Teams can still be used on a computer, phone or tablet or any other advice, the phone will just be needed to verify the log in.

If you have any issues please ask your child to let their Year Lead know.

A task will then be set via Teams for students to do to let us know that they can now log in.
