The HABS boys were in action yesterday against a strong Harris Wimbledon side. The boys rose to the challenge and delivered an excellent performance, securing a hard-fought 45–40 victory in a close, nail-biting game.

HMRC came in to host an informative workshop for our Sixth Form students. Victoria and Jonny, from HMRC, explained what the tax system does and what the social implications are. It is great to develop life skills, such as this, with our students!

On Tuesday evening staff and Sixth Form students came together for a heartwarming Christmas celebration filled with food, reflection, music, and festive cheer. The evening began with a delicious spread of food generously donated by staff and students.

HABS Year 9 Boys Shine in Victory Over Harris Greenwich

With this victory, the Year 9 team remains undefeated continuing their impressive streak. However, coach Ken and the players alike know that the most valuable aspect of each game is not just the score, but the learning that comes with it. "They have been working hard to uplift one another and hold each other accountable, ensuring that every player excels in their individual role and contributes to the team’s overall success" says coach Ken who has been their coach and mentor since year 7.

It’s clear that this team is more than just a group of players—they are developing into a supportive, disciplined unit. The victory is a testament to their dedication, both on and off the court, and their commitment to improving every time they step onto the floor.

Congratulations boys on another well-earned win. The future looks bright for this talented team!
